Sometimes I wonder why I have a hard time saying “no,” to others. I wasn’t always this way. I reflected on my experience in school and wrote this post. I realize that the educational system may be causing kids to feel like they do not know what is best for themselves.
Getting held back in middle school did a number on my self-esteem. I wanted to remind you that you are enough. You are beautiful. You are worthy. Being vulnerable and sharing your story may help boost your sense of self-worth.
